Multiple warnings upon installing version 4.1.0 #386

Yes, a bunch of dependencies are deprecated. These are mostly indirect dependencies. Maybe I'll make a pass over our direct deps to check what we can bump to get rid of the warnings.

In any case, these warnings should not impact your usage of the application. Did you experience any issues @laicasaane?
