Suggestion: mention dependencies in install manual #34

I suggest an enhancement to https://github.com/openv/vcontrold/blob/master/doc/INSTALL.md On Ubuntu on an Odroid C2, which is an ARM 64 device, I had to do a

apt-get install libxml2 apt-get install libxml2-dev

to make CMAKE run successfully. It might help other users to have information on such dependencies.
