Here are some basic steps:

[ ] Gather basic case data (#1) to be displayed on the page (append it to JSON?)
[ ] Use Hyperaudio as a transcript player
[ ] Set up a conversion pipeline with srt2hypertranscript
[ ] Set up a pipeline to build pages for each case (to be hosted statically on S3)

These should be broken out into individual issues and triaged accordingly.
