I'm quite sure that the <meter> element on the registration page had some CSS to indicate the password strength, per zxcvbn's functionality. That seems not to exist anymore. zxcvbn.js properly increments <meter value"">, but the style doesn't change in response to that.
[x] write the necessary JS to fill up the meter's graph and change its color, as its value progresses from 0 to 4
