Currently docker did not work on my machine. I made the following changes:

Updated a few of the repositories (some of them were obselete)
Changed the back-end to Tensorflow by default (to prevent error about being unable to find Theanos)
Changed Jupyter launch command to fix error about websockets.
Updated CUDA docker hub name.

It appears to run the jupyter notebook successfully looking at the introductory Python interface tutorial, but I have not tested it thoroughly.
