Remove scripts for now #51

We should have a prediction script (and a web server for contests) eventually but for now I'm removing these older scripts

Coverage remained the same at 76.058% when pulling 0141f5b830e061b81362ae449ba87b43fe86a5e0 on remove-scripts into b7472e20e701272a708904a8b5ec26e4cf741b21 on master.
