The set of genes from immunophenogram is a good start:
The right side looks like an immune deconvolution so look at gene names on the left. Need a distinct way to figure out mutations in MHC.
And maybe non-canonical HLA:

Identifying loss in MHC might require running a custom program which first does genotyping of the germline MHC and then calls somatic variants against those specific alleles.
