Inspired by the Yadav 2014 "funnel", we should list (in addition to total variants & coding variants):

number expressed coding variants (those with isovar supporting reads > 3)
number expressed coding variants with predicted MHC ligands (same as total number of variants in vaxrank report without truncation)
