Right now, any variant that comes out of Vaxrank that we manually remove needs to be edited out of the JPT Excel file, manually changing a bunch of sheet names, variant rank positions, etc. This should be automated, ideally with some way to generate an Excel report from Vaxrank-generated JSON, giving it a list of variants (somehow) that we want to exclude.
