Create doc folder with following docs:

[ ] Preliminary configuration: set up js9 sandbox, config manager, install zrobot, start zrobot server.
[ ] Sending API requests with different options: DCL and CLI
[ ] Examples of setting up and managing ovc service, account and vdc
[ ] Examples of setting up and managing nodes and disks
