add charge start/stop confirmation dialog #153

I would like to propose adding a confirmation dialog when the charging slider is moved. (I move the slider by accident all the time trying to swipe to another page).

I'm not very experienced in Java/Android development, so suggestions for improvement are very welcome :-)

We could also show the charge settings dialog when charging is started by sliding right. That way, users could adjust/confirm the charger settings.

Good idea, although I personally never hit the function by accident. Popping up the charge settings each time you start a charge would be too much I think. You normally don't touch your charger settings.
