Documenting: bindings error & explicit datadir instructions #15

I realize that we don't need every error documented in the readme, but the missing bindings error seems common and easy to document.

Also, how to specify --datadir is vague. Does the path need quotes around it? Are relative paths ok? Is there a default? I think what I wrote is correct but it would be good to double check.
