Modular setting of optimizer and LR scheduler and allow setting overrides when loading checkpoint #78

Moved optimizer and LR scheduler class to config files.
Allow configurations in YAML files of optimizer and scheduler to be directly passed as kwargs (with filtering).
Changes to configurations related to the optimizer and the scheduler will override the settings in the checkpoint when loading.

Could you please add comments to explain the usages of the new lr/optimizer configurations in #74 ?
