User story

Setup infrastructure to replicate behaviour of Nuvolat including external arakoon setup This setup can allow us to:

reproduce issues observed on Nuvolat
prepare update procedures in advance io live on a production env
basic performance testing
longer running behaviour
experimenting with new/updated values related to vpool/backend/asds
...
