Reduce/relocate logging pushed to testrail #558

Even though it's handy/easy to have all logging available in testrail ... Entries like these slow down testrail, so it would be better to store an url link in testrail and offload the actual logfiles to a fileserver

I'd keep this on an internal fileserver to cover both open + closed source versions

https://github.com/openvstorage/integrationtests/pull/544 should have helped a fair bit on most tests.
