I've already described the test lab setup I used — on mail list, it's pretty simple: OVS bridge is used both on hypervisor node and inside its VMs.
Steps to reproduce (all's the hypervisor's side):
net.core.default_qdisc=fq
Versions of software on hypervisor:
As described on the mail list it works without a hitch with "standard" Linux bridge device though.
