Removes indy-sdk
Updates scripts to 0.5.0
Updates package names to @credo-ts
Moves some of the Aries RFCs notes from main repo readme (https://github.com/openwallet-foundation/credo-ts/pull/1724), and also adds new docs for features supported by Credo

In a follow up PR i'll add the migration guide
