Fix broken link to tutorials within in the set-up/index.md document. #153

Link to tutorials from https://credo.js.org/guides/getting-started/set-up#setting-up-the-agent is coming up 404. This commit fixes that.

This is my first commit to credo-ts-docs and I can't see anything in the contributors guide about this, can you explain what I should do please ?

Further to https://github.com/openwallet-foundation/credo-ts-docs/pull/153#issuecomment-1957965942 I have now worked it out, so please ignore my question.
