Add the project proposal to join the OpenWallet Foundation.

I've got a question: as Bifold is built on top of AJF (now Credo), will it leverage the recently added capabilities, such as SD-JWT and OID4VC?

Yes, built on top of Credo. I would expect that as an organization needs one of those formats they'll implement support. I believe a jurisdictions in Canada may already be working on bringing OID4VC to Bifold. I think British Columbia has invested some time in supporting AnonCreds in JSON-LD format also.

@tkuhrt I added Wenjing as a second TAC sponsor. I think that's who volunteered on todays TAC call.
