Add calendar link; remove Twitter link #152

@tkuhrt, I noticed that our Twitter account is still active. Was it removed from the footer intentionally?

@skounis : I removed it for a few reasons:

  1. We do not have all social accounts here
  2. Limited to more technical items, like getting involved in the technical community
  3. Didn't want to have too many links along the bottom
  4. The content page has a link to our social accounts now
  5. Not sure how many people are still using Twitter as a platform

Let me know if these were sound reasons or if you think we should add it back.
