OpenFinex will fail to start. #367

Hi. I am trying to boot on 3-0-stable branch. However, the Docker images of "opendax-finex-engine-1" and "opendax-finex-api-1" keep giving me errors.

If you don't have finex license, you have to turn it off, or use version 2-6-stable

Could you please tell me how I can get a license? I am having the same problem and do want to use 3.0 stable.
