Feature: Add record expenses

• [x] store fee_currency, fee in transaction
• [x] deposit fee record in case of failed transaction (tx, tx_prebuild)
• [x] rspec
• [x] UTXO deposits which dont have any funds transferring to hot wallet will be always in collecting state, should think about expenses too, how we should record final record expenses
