None of the three.

General workflow:

branch from main -> PR -> add review comments on GitHub -> merge PR into main

Different workflow for website

main -> dev -> feature branch
PR from feature branch on dev
merge from feature to dev can be done by anyone
merge from dev to main can only be done by @larnsce
