Linux support? "Failed to install platform: WCH:ch32v.... no versions available for the current OS" #5

Cool project. Arduino support is very interesting, in addition to MounRiver.

No support for Linux at the moment, though? "Failed to install platform: WCH:ch32v. Error: 13 INTERNAL: Error downloading tool WCH:riscv-none-embed-gcc@8.2.0: no versions available for the current OS, try contacting tech@wch.cn"

I know the tools are available for Linux, as they're bundled with MounRiver. Are there plans to add support for Linux to this package too?

Please add Linux and macOS support. Toolchains for both platforms are available via MRS.
