Update OpenWeave ESP32 adaptation to support ESP-IDF 3.2 #350

Update the OpenWeave ESP32 adaptation to support version 3.2.x of ESP-IDF.

As part of this effort, corresponding changed should be made to the code in openweave-esp32-demo and openweave-esp32-lwip.
