Translate ChangeLog #60

ChangeLog should be translated in all available languages.

From the documentation

if you would like a multi language changelog, you just have to put the translated files changelog.xml in the appropriate folders res/raw-xx/

Version 3.2.0 fix this issue, only the latest changelogs have been translated
