bugzilla doesn't send messages to [ww-bugs] when changes are made. #14

Feb. 7 at around 5pm PST I successfully logged in to the new bugzilla (https://test1.webwork.maa.org/bugzilla), searched for old bug reports, created a new bug report and added an attachment. Then I searched and found this new bug report with its attachment, and closed it successfully. Everything seems to work, except the new bugzilla didn't send me an email message when I created the new bug. The old version sends me an email message whenever a new bug is created, and I think it sends an email message to the bug reporter when the the status of the bug report changes. I didn't receive any messages.

adjusted configuration of postfix so that test1.webwork.maa.org and not webwork.maa.org is the local server. Now bugzilla sends mail properly to webwork-bugs@webwork.maa.org

Fixed by setting up postfix properly. It's possible that not all problems have been resolved.
