Migrate wiki extensions from the old site to the new site.

@mgage When clicking through a bunch of pages on the new wiki the content seems to be intact. I haven't come across anything that isn't displaying due to missing extensions. Do you know which extensions need to be migrated? Or is that a question for @aubreyja ?

Hi Danny,

That’s mostly a question for Jason. There is a list of extensions in one of the old copies of LocalSettings.php but I don’t know which ones are worth reinstalling.

I reimplemented Glenn Rice's code for using the password in the wiki database but I may not have done it correctly.

@grice1 could you take a look?

There are also still some problems with the mail. Probably having to do with proper certificates or lack thereof that make other mail handlers bounce the email. webwork.maa.org http://webwork.maa.org/ has a reputation for spam unfortunately.
