there is a moodle38 segment instead of a moodle segment in url #33

this is because in /var/www/html. moodle -> moodle38. I suggest we should remove the link, rename moodle38 to moodle and make adjustments to items in config.php (and perhaps elsewhere) that refer to moodle38
