When running OPL-update the auxiliary script assumes that the name of the remote for the OPL is "origin": https://github.com/openwebwork/webwork2/blob/4c8629ad98a0b594878afc746b4f43f210c7bdbd/bin/download-OPL-metadata-release.pl#L81 If the remote has been renamed or "origin" points to another repository then things don't work.
