Necessary to log back to same course when using "key" session management. #2360

In develop, using the new session management of "key", here's what I'm seeing.

  1. Login to a course (I see the "remember me" checkbox, and leave it unchecked.)
  2. click to the course list (webwork logo)
  3. Click back to the same course, you need to log back in.

I understand that under the session time that you shouldn't need to log back in.
