Fix the instructor_rpc endpoint usage for the library browser. #2382

The value attribute of the hidden key input does not have a value attribute. Need to stop at the element in the first step.

This fixes the first issue observed by @Alex-Jordan in issue #2381.

Note that this is the only part of issue #2381 that applies to the develop branch. The rest only applies to the as yet unmerged #2322. The issue has also been fixed on that branch though.
