Install basic user system #13

The most basic setup available is addict. There's also coherence which is much more full featured. Maybe one day we'll want all these things? Anyone have an opinion? @Mearnest @aaronarduino?

Looks like coherence has i18n support, more so than addict at least. That's a big plus!
