Currently no way to associate new date with meeting type #25

You can add a date, but there is no field or drop down to associate it with the type of meeting it belongs to.

Same applies to adding an extra field.

A meeting_type_id field was added to meeting date and extra forms. This is temporary "fix" until better way of associating dates and extra fields with their meeting type can be added.
