Allow installing development version of OpenWISP (23 alpha). Some new settings are needed. After this we can merge https://github.com/openwisp/ansible-openwisp2/pull/403.
This will help us to gather feedback for the DSA switch and VLAN plus other recent changes (https://github.com/openwisp/netjsonconfig/pull/261).
