[ci] Ansible-galaxy import step fails #454

Happens on master:

Run ansible-galaxy role import --api-key *** openwisp ansible-openwisp2
ERROR! Error when finding available api versions from default (https://galaxy.ansible.com) (HTTP Code: [4](https://github.com/openwisp/ansible-openwisp2/actions/runs/6723967489/job/18275716585#step:4:5)03, Message: Forbidden)

@nemesifier there's a new version of Ansible Galaxy. Can you please try creating new credentials on galaxy.ansible.com and try running the CI again?

Fixed by updating the secret with the new token.
