[docs] Add example usage to README #27

Add an example playbook with a common configuration to the README to help newcomers get up to speed quickly.

Then it just needs to be made more explicit, the title must be renamed to something which makes it obvious so even lazy people who don't want to read spot it, eg: "Full Example Playbook with SSL certificate" and link this heading from the introduction of the README.

Let's move the role variables section as last.
