Adding contributing docs #269

Added a section asking to follow the OpenWisp contributing guidelines. Will resolve #255

Coverage remained the same at 99.927% when pulling 572e330a5e9807098feed44abe3c76c6c90f1853 on aviral2004:gci_task into c8696125a40a78a313112fc5decfae3f2956f6a9 on openwisp:master.
