[admin] URL to open graph #120

Open nemesifier opened 4 years ago

Right now there's no way to pass an admin URL which if opened will trigger the opening of the graph automatically.

Having this is useful, opening the graph should trigger a hash fragment change and when that URL is opened the graph should open automatically.
