[fix] Added supply sane defaults for uwsgi #264

Should resolve Issue #262 (partially) and #253

Thanks for contributing @systemcrash!

I can't reproduce this issue locally. When I tried adding sane defaults as per your PR for uWSGI, the dashboard was not able to start. Therefore, I am closing it for now. https://github.com/openwisp/docker-openwisp/pull/271.

Clarification: the latest master has changed, please try again with that version if you can @systemcrash and send a new PR if needed.
