Temporary workaround for https://github.com/openwisp/openwisp-controller/issues/902.

coverage: 98.224%. remained the same when pulling 9e310407ad1bd5d35885103f7c66ce1e4f59d342 on debug-test_unsaved_changes into 73c25d75824d0d70af0e26c489a15687e6668c2d on master.
