[fix] Fixed General WiFi Client dashboard chart #502

When WiFi session monitoring is turned off, the application generated 500 error on the dashboard because the WiFi Client chart adds a quick link to WiFi Session admin.

[ ] I have written new test cases to avoid regressions (if necessary)
[ ] I have updated the documentation (e.g. README.rst)
