Fix Navbar #11

Having a single page just for login and another just for sign up doesn't look good. The objective of this task is to replace the login and sign up links on the navbar with a single link call register. The page of this link will contain both the login option and sign up option.

Suggestion: on the registration page, you can create a single Card with Tabs and make the login and signup content accessible by clicking on the corresponding Tabs. You can choose to set the Card header to Registration
