[chores] Added `.coverage.*` files to `.gitignore` #342

When running coverage testing, it creates .coverage.* files, this change will exclude them from git.

Coverage: 97.854%. Remained the same when pulling 426c57f1f8854e90414fac9fbcb3b43161e87142 on add-dotcoveragefiles-gitignore into e5bf86f5365c5d98357fb7bd4e8a8209b7b3b4b5 on master.
