What ion channel models are we using or want to use?
- Gap junctions
- Chemical synaptic channels
What are the passive properties (capacitance, resistivity)?
Breakdown of the kinds of neurons that are known (different classes)
- Morphologies
- Rough functional description
- What ion channels are in which neurons?
What aspects are in the model and what aspects are not in the model?
