@lungd I think it is time to merge this stuff into the main repo and start working on a branch over there, what say?

@lungd @slarson Thanks for opening this. Looks like a lot of interesting stuff. Can you give a quick look and make sure there aren't superfluous test/temp files in the top level (c302 dir)? Ideally I'd like to keep this dir as concise as possible and concentrate on a core set of configurations (including now the tap withdrawal). If a config is just required for a notebook, maybe it could be moved to that subfolder?

@pgleeson @slarson, sure. Indeed there are some files we should (re)move. I'll take care of it.

@lungd @slarson, testing these changes in the https://github.com/openworm/CElegansNeuroML/tree/weights branch. All looks good so far.

That branch will require a new release of pynml/libnml before merge to master. Next week...
