As reported in Issue #156 the latest commits to the electrophysiology branch have introduced a regression whereby the liquid disappears:

noliquid

The simulation runs much faster, so I expect this is not just a visualisation problem.

The culprit is probably commit fa011a33679ce8b494a41865940dee6edc97fcff or a01cbac0f2c34b9aca25000871267d01d92ab6e3
