Make it possible for TU Wein team to implement an arbitrary circuit in c302

As described by the diagram steps for this could be:

[ ] First, verify that you can run an arbitrary c302_X.py
[ ] Fork the repo
[ ] Copy a working c302_X.py to become your own version, giving it a new suffix
[ ] Make sure that it is pointing to a parameters_Y.py that you like. If none of the parameters_Y.py suit your needs, copy one that is close into a new file and modify it, giving it a new suffix. Try to keep the convention of using A, B, C, D as the first letter based on the model type and then increment the number afterwards.
[ ] Try running your new version and see if the modifications you put in work

@raminmh I added a description to this that should help get you or your collaborator to implement some arbitrary circuit.
