@tarelli I can help to do this but will need some guidance on what geppetto stack to incorporate

Unfortunately this is out of the scope of this docker image at present as the Geppetto libraries have not been updated in quite a while... Could be something to add to https://github.com/openworm/org.wormsim.frontend...
