We sometimes need or want to automate things that don't have some existing authentication scheme based on the GitHub organization. For such things, it would be useful to have a github@openworm.org account and a corresponding GitHub account. Putting the email under openworm.org allows senior contributors to recover account credentials and the like in the event that a contributor becomes unavailable, etc.
We would, in theory, have other such email addresses for other platforms than GitHub, but that's not covered in this issue.
